摘要
随着我国公路沥青路面结构的大规模使用,沥青混合料使用性能受温度的影响需要引起重点关注。严寒地区沥青路面施工多集中于7—10月,施工工期较短,难以有效保证路面施工质量,这主要归因于沥青路面温度下降较快,现场没有充足时间进行全方位压实,沥青路面也极易出现早期破坏。文章依托山东省某高速公路沥青路面低温施工试验段进行温拌沥青混合料设计,对其路用性能及施工关键技术进行分析,以便为类似工程建设提供参考。
With the large-scale use of highway asphalt pavement structure in China,the influence of temperature on the performance of asphalt mixtures needs to be paid more attention.The construction of asphalt pavement in severe cold areas is mostly concentrated from July to October,and the construction period is short,which makes it difficult to effectively ensure the quality of pavement construction.This is mainly due to the rapid temperature drop of asphalt pavement,insufficient time for comprehensive compaction on site,and the high risk of early damage to asphalt pavement.Based on the design of warm mix asphalt mixture in the lowtemperature construction test section of asphalt pavement of an expressway in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes its road performance and key construction technology,so as to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
