公路隧道浅埋偏压段明洞施工与质量控制措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 浅埋偏压隧道洞口施工环境复杂,极易受到诸多风险因素的影响,不利于施工稳定性。基于此,有必要合理改进工艺方法,采取有效的质量控制措施,切实保障洞口施工环境的稳定性。文章以滨州至莱芜高速公路项目某标段明洞施工为例,阐述了明洞施工工艺要点,总结隧道偏压施工中的具体影响因素,诸如衬砌结构受力、洞口边仰坡等,在此基础上提出适用于偏压隧道的质量控制措施,以期为类似工程提供参考。 The construction environment of shallow-buried bias tunnel mouth is complex,and it is easily affected by many risk factors,which is not conducive to the construction stability.Based on this,it is necessary to improve the process methods reasonably and take effective quality control measures to ensure the stability of the construction environment at the mouth.Taking the open cut tunnel construction in a section of Binzhou-Laiwu Expressway project as an example,this paper expounds the key points of open cut tunnel construction technology,summarizes the specific influencing factors in tunnel bias construction,such as lining structure stress and the side front slope at the tunnel mouth.On this basis,the quality control measures suitable for bias tunnels are put forward,in order to provide reference for similar engineering.
