随着城市化和工业化的推进,污水处理厂作为我国重要的基础设施也备受关注,其关系着社会的平稳发展和国家的可持续发展。污水处理厂具有投资额大且回报期长的特点,因而污水处理厂的成本控制尤为重要。文章将从全生命周期的角度,通过文献调查、实地调研等方法,探讨污水处理厂成本控制存在的问题,并提出相应的改进措施,旨在为实现污水处理厂的全生命期成本控制提供参考及建议。

With the advancement of urbanization and industrialization,sewage treatment plants have also attracted much attention as important infrastructure in China,which is related to the stable development of society and the sustainable development of the country.The sewage treatment plant has the characteristics of large investment and long return period,so its cost control is particularly important.From the perspective of the full life cycle,through literature survey,field research and other methods,the problems in cost control of sewage treatment plants will be explored,and corresponding improvement measures will be proposed,aiming to provide reference and suggestions for the realization of the full life cycle cost control of sewage treatment plants.
