铁路夹心地综合段一体化规划设计研究——以广州南站6号地块建设项目为例

摘要 高铁建设初期,在当时“强本简末”的政策背景下,许多铁路服务性生产生活房屋建设被迫推迟,因而错失与城市规划和发展协同并进的机遇。随着城市化进程的推进,城市核心区铁路站房周边建设用地已基本开发完成,铁路夹心地被迫成为铁路仅剩可用的建设用地。文章结合广州南站6号地块建设项目示范性案例,对铁路夹心地生产生活房屋建设的必要性和整体规划进行分析,从空间形态设计和公共空间营造两方面阐述了轨道夹心地综合段部规划布局范式,最后提出从总图功能布局、建筑空间布局以及建筑立面降噪三个方面开展综合段建筑空间一体化建设,为城市核心区铁路夹心地综合段的一体化规划设计提供参考。 In the early stage of high-speed rail construction,under the policy background of"strengthening the foundation and simplifying the end"at that time,many railway service production and living housing construction was forced to be postponed,thus missing the opportunity to coordinate with urban planning and development.With the advancement of urbanization,the construction land around the railway station buildings in the core area of the city has been basically developed,and the railway sandwich area has been forced to become the only available construction land for railways.Based on the demonstration case of the construction project of Guangzhounan Railway Station Block 6,this paper analyzes the necessity and overall planning of the construction of production and living houses in the railway sandwich area,and expounds the planning layout paradigm of the railway sandwich area comprehensive section from the aspects of spatial form design and public space construction.Finally,it puts forward the integrated construction of building space in the comprehensive section from three aspects:functional layout of the general plan,the spatial layout of buildings,and the noise reduction of the building facade,which provides a reference for the integrated planning and design of the railway sandwich area comprehensive section in the urban core area.
