Analysis on the Back Dragging Construction Technology in the Same Hole in Furong River Directional Drilling Crossing Engineering

天然气管道铺设过程中,遇到特殊地形时,往往采用水平定向钻进行施工,可有效节约投资成本。文章以绥阳芙蓉江定向钻穿越工程为例,主要介绍了回拖场不满足规范规定情况下采用“多接一”管道回拖方面的工艺技术,其中现场采取的技术保障措施为大口径天然气管道多接一同孔回拖施工提供了宝贵的经验。

During the laying process of natural gas pipelines,horizontal directional drilling is often used for construction when special terrains are encountered,which can effectively save investment costs.Taking the directional drilling crossing engineering of Furong River in Suiyang as an example,this paper mainly introduces the technology of"multi-connection to one hole"pipeline back dragging under the condition that the back dragging yard does not meet the specifications.The technical guarantee measures adopted on site provide valuable experience for the multiconnection to one hole back dragging construction in the same hole of large-diameter natural gas pipelines.
