摘要
口岸经济作为新发展格局下实现国内国际双循环相互促进的引擎,对提高载体省份全要素生产率具有重要作用。在测度2010—2019年中国7个沿边省份全要素生产率和口岸经济发展水平的基础上,构建面板回归模型,实证考察口岸经济对沿边地区全要素生产率的影响,并提出以口岸经济转型升级促进沿边地区全要素生产率提升的对策建议。研究发现,口岸经济对提升沿边地区全要素生产率具有显著促进作用,对西南地区全要素生产率的提升作用最强,对西北地区的提升作用次之,对东北地区的提升作用较弱;口岸产业发展对西南和西北地区全要素生产率的影响最明显,对东北地区全要素生产率的影响不显著;口岸基础设施对西北和西南地区全要素生产率的提升效应相等并大于东北地区;口岸对外开发开放平台建设对东北和西南地区全要素生产率产生了一定的提升效应,对西北地区的提升效应不显著;口岸支持政策仅对西北地区提升全要素生产率产生了较强的促进作用,对西南和东北地区促进作用不明显。
As the engine to realize the new development pattern featuring dual circulation,in which domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other,port economyplays an important role in improving the total factor productivity of carrier provinces.On the basis of measuring the total factor productivity and port economic development level of China’sseven border provinces from 2010 to 2019,this paper constructs a panel regression model to empirically investigate the impact of port economy on the total factor productivity of border regions,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the improvement of total factor productivity of border regions through port economic transformation and upgrading.Research has found that the port economy has a significant promoting effect on improving the total factor productivity in border areas,with the strongest effect on the the improvement oftotal factor productivity of the southwest region,followed by the northwest region,and the weak effect on the northeast region;The development of port industry has the most significant impact on total factor productivity in the southwest and northwest regions,while the impact on total factor productivity in the northeast region is not significant;The improving effect of port infrastructure on total factor productivity in the northwest and southwest regions is equal and greater than that in the northeast region;The construction of the opening platform for port foreign development has a certain improving effect on the total factor productivity of the northeast and southwest regions,while the effect on the northwest region is not significant;The port support policy only has a strong promoting effect on improving total factor productivity in the northwest region,and its promoting effect on the southwest and northeast regions is not significant.
