新发展阶段下中部地区高水平对外开放推进机制与路径选择研究

高水平对外开放是指开放范围更广、开放领域更宽、开放层次更高、比较优势充分发挥的对外开放,对加快培育国际竞争新优势、促进区域经济一体化、实现经济高质量发展具有重要意义。通过“一带一路”倡议的协同推进和中部崛起等国家战略的有力引导,近些年来,中部地区对外开放水平和成效有了量的突破和质的提升,但基于自然、历史和现实等多重因素影响,相较于东部沿海发达地区,仍然存在不少薄弱环节和差距短板。通过深入分析当前中部地区对外开放面临的问题与挑战,详细探讨了中部地区抢抓国家推进高水平对外开放的战略机遇,并提出了中部地区推进高水平对外开放的机制创新和路径选择,以期为中部地区推进高水平对外开放提供参考。

High-level opening up refers to a wider scope,wider field,higher level of opening up.The full utilization of comparative advantages in opening up is of great significance to accelerate the cultivation of new advantages in international competition,promote regional economic integration,and achieve high-quality economic development.Through the coordinated promotion of the Belt and Road and the strong guidance of national strategies such as the rise of the central region,in recent years,the level and effectiveness of opening up in the central region have made quantitative breakthroughs and qualitative improvements,but due to multiple factors such as nature,history and reality,compared with the developed eastern coastal areas,there are still many weaknesses and gaps.Through in-depth analysis of the current problems and challenges faced by the central region in opening up,this paper discusses in detail the strategic opportunities for the central region to seize the national promotion of high-level opening up,and puts forward mechanism innovation and path selection for the central region to promote high-level opening up,in order to provide references for the central region to promote high-level opening up.
