1~80 m简支拱上部结构中钢管拱肋施工技术

摘要 在1~80 m的简支拱上部结构施工中,施工的重难点主要是连系梁施工和钢管拱肋施工这两项施工技术,如何在施工的过程中确保安全是1~80 m简支拱上部结构施工中的一个重要问题。对北京至滨海新区铁路宝坻至滨海新区段JBSG–3标北辰特大桥跨永定新河右堤路1~80 m简支拱上部结构施工项目中的钢管拱肋施工技术进行了深入的研究,介绍了总体工程的概况,然后结合工程实际介绍了钢管拱肋结构施工技术的操作步骤,最后针对钢管拱肋结构施工中容易出现的安全问题给出了防护措施建议。 In the construction of 1~80 m simply supported arch superstructure,the key and difficult points of the construction are mainly the two construction technologies of tie beam construction and steel tube arch construction.How to ensure safety in the construction process is an important issue in the construction of 1~80 m simply supported arch superstructure.This article selected the construction project of the 1~80 m simply supported arch superstructure of the Beichen Bridge in the JBSG-3 section of the Baodi to Binhai New District from Beijing to Binhai New District railway,conducted in-depth research on the construction technology of steel pipe arch ribs in the project.This paper introduced the general situation of the overall project,then combination with the engineering practice,this paper introduced the construction technology of steel tube arch rib structure operation steps.Finally,according to the safety problems which were easy to occur in the construction of steel tube arch rib structure,the protective measures were given.
