摘要
盾构机在施工过程中常因适应性不好造成施工困难,刀盘作为盾构机的核心部件是影响盾构机适应性的关键因素之一,围绕某公司12号盾构机刀盘,以沈阳地铁3号线7标盾构区间为背景,分析了盾构机刀盘适应性不良的原因,对刀盘进行针对性改造优化,增加其地质适应性。
During the construction of shield machine,construction difficulties are often caused by poor adaptability.As the core component of shield machine,the cutterhead is one of the key factors affecting the adaptability of shield machine.Focusing on the cutterhead of a No.12 shield machine and taking the shield section of bid 7 of Shenyang Metro Line 3 as the background,this paper analyzed the causes of poor adaptability of the cutterhead of shield machine,and made targeted transformation and optimization on the cutterhead to increase its geological adaptability.
