有限元分析技术在冶金机械设计中的应用

摘要 伴随近些年我国冶金行业及其相关技术的发展进步,对冶金机械结构设计也提出了更高的要求,将现代设计理论和方法应用在冶金机械设计中,有助于缩短整体设计周期,提高冶金机械性能,从延长使用寿命。有限元分析技术是现代计算机网络技术不断更新的产物,当前冶金机械设计中有限元分析技术也得到了广泛应用并起到了不可或缺的重要作用。基于此,本文首先阐述了有限元分析技术的基本特点和发展趋势,并分析有限元分析技术在机械设计的重要作用,最后探讨有限元分析技术在冶金机械设计中的具体应用。 With the development and progress of China's metallurgical industry and its related technologies in recent years,higher requirements have been put forward for the structural design of metallurgical machinery.Applying modern design theories and methods to the design of metallurgical machinery will help shorten the overall design cycle,improve the performance of metallurgical machinery,and prolong the service life.The finite element analysis technology is the product of the continuous updating of modern computer network technology.At present,the finite element analysis technology in metallurgical machinery design has also been widely used and played an indispensable role.Based on this,this paper first describes the basic characteristics and development trend of finite element analysis technology,analyzes the important role of finite element analysis technology in mechanical design,and finally discusses the specific application of finite element analysis technology in metallurgical machinery design.
