摘要
在本次实验中,为了更好的了解铝镁金属复合材料组织性能,以铝合金、镁合金为研究对象,型号以6061铝合金、AZ31B镁合金为标准,铸造铝/镁双金属复合材料。铝合金材料在浇注时,研究了其对材料的组织和机械性质的影响。结果表明:6061铝合金在浇铸期间,其界面的过宽增大从360 um提高到1120um,伴随着金属间化合物体积分数增加。由此,判定6061铝合金浇注的温度最佳保持在660℃至700℃。而AZ31B镁合金将其分为5个不同区域,由A1至A5组成,镁合金中间过渡区发现“A1Mg_(4)Zn_(11)相”。通过实验研究,该“A1Mg_(4)Zn_(11)相”能够实现复合双金属材料的性能优化。如抗剪切、抗拉伸性能均能够得到有效提升,温度680℃为最佳,在此温度下材料性能、指标为优。
In this experiment,in order to better understand the structure and properties of aluminum magnesium metal composites,aluminum alloys and magnesium alloys are taken as the research objects,6061 aluminum alloys and AZ31B magnesium alloys are taken as the standard models,and aluminum/magnesium bimetallic composites are cast.The influence of aluminum alloy on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material during pouring was studied.The results show that the interface width of 6061 aluminum alloy increases from 360 um to 1120um during casting,accompanied by the increase of the volume fraction of intermetallic compounds.Therefore,it is determined that the best pouring temperature of 6061 aluminum alloy is 660℃ to 700℃.However,AZ31B magnesium alloy is divided into five different regions,which are composed of A1 to A5."A1Mg_(4)Zn_(11) phase"is found in the intermediate transition zone of magnesium alloy.Through experimental research,the"A1Mg_(4)Zn_(11) phase"can realize the performance optimization of composite bimetallic materials.For example,the shear resistance and tensile resistance can be effectively improved,and the temperature of 680℃ is the best.At this temperature,the material properties and indicators are excellent.
