摘要
在贵州某火电厂开展了软锰矿、菱锰矿联合烟气脱硫,同时制备电池用硫酸锰的工业化试验研究,结果表明,采用软锰矿进行氧化还原脱硫和菱锰矿调节矿浆pH,通过两级脱硫装置能实现高效脱硫(SO_(2)的吸收率可达99%以上)。该工艺不仅能实现贫锰矿资源的综合利用,而且还能实现SO_(2)烟气的资源化利用。脱硫产品硫酸锰通过深度净化后能达到电池用硫酸锰的要求。通过工业化试验进一步修订和规范了工艺操作规程,为工业设计及生产奠定了坚实基础。
Combined flue gas desulfurization of pyrolusite and rhodochrosite and an industrial experiment study on the preparation of battery-grade manganese sulfate were performed in a thermal power plant in Guizhou.The results show that the high-efficiency desulfurization of SO_(2) can be achieved by using the pyrolusite to redox desulfurization,adjusting the pH value of pulp by rhodochrosite,and the two-stage desulfurized,and the SO_(2) absorption rate can reach over 99%.The process can not only realize comprehensive utilization of lean manganese ore resources but also make the wasted SO_(2) flue gas into treasure.The manganese sulfate as a desulfurization product can meet the requirements of battery-grade manganese sulfate after deep purification.Industrial test further revises and standardizes the operation rules for this process,which provides a solid foundation for industrial design and production.
