文章以杭甬高速复线项目为工程实例,针对工程项目中附海互通四百里天桥上跨沈海高速钢箱梁架设及封道施工的环境与特点,从钢箱梁构件分段、架设施工中的场地设置、临时承重支撑布置及安拆、吊点选择及吊耳布置、钢箱梁吊装、钢箱梁吊装作业安全重点及控制方法等方面对上跨高速钢箱梁架设及封道施工安全管理进行了详细分析,旨在为该工程的钢箱梁吊装施工顺利完成奠定良好的基础。

Taking Hangzhou-Ningbo high-speed doubletrack project as an engineering example,aiming at the environment and characteristics of the steel box girder erection and road closure construction for sea-attached interchange 400-mile overpass crossing Shenyang-Haikou Expressway in engineering project,the safety management of the steel box girder erection and road closure construction crossing high-speed railway is analyzed in detail from the segmentation of steel box girder components,the site setting in the erection construction,the arrangement and installation and demolition of the temporary load-bearing supports,the lifting point selection and lifting lug arrangement,the steel box girder lifting,the steel box girder lifting operation safety focus and control methods,etc.,aiming at laying a good foundation for the smooth completion of the steel box girder lifting construction of the engineering.
