摘要
水中深基坑钢管桩围堰工程是一项具有危险性的工程,文章结合松花江取水头基坑工程案例,对筑岛+拉森钢板桩+咬合桩锁扣和钢管桩围堰施工方案进行对比分析,确认在水中深基坑施工时可选择锁扣型钢管状桩围堰方式,方便围堰的安装和拆除,可缩短围堰的施工周期,降低水下作业风险。同时,明确了锁扣钢管桩围堰技术的施工重点和流程,该技术不仅降低了水下施工风险,还创造了稳定可靠的围堰内部施工环境,提升了水中深基坑完工后的整体施工品质。
The steel pipe pile cofferdam engineering of deep foundation pit in water is dangerous.Combined with the case of Songhua River water intake head foundation pit engineering,the construction schemes of island construction+Larsen steel sheet pile+occluding pile lock and steel pipe pile cofferdam are compared and analyzed.It is confirmed that the locking steel pipe pile cofferdam can be selected in the construction of deep foundation pit in water,which is convenient for the installation and demolition of cofferdam,can shorten the construction period of cofferdam and reduce the risk of underwater operation.At the same time,the construction focus and process of the locking steel pipe pile cofferdam technology are clarified.This technology not only reduces the risk of underwater construction,but also creates a stable and reliable internal construction environment of the cofferdam,improving the overall construction quality after the completion of the deep foundation pit in water.
