摘要
文章以某城市地铁车站项目为依托,首先确定深基坑支护形式,然后分析深基坑支护施工要点,包括钻进成孔、吊装钢筋笼、配制泥浆、桩端注浆。施工完成后,通过分析施工监测数据可知,随深基坑开挖深度的不断增加,产生的变形也逐渐增大,其中周边地表沉降值最大为37.5 mm、围护结构水平位移量最大为14 mm,均未超过预警值,说明此次深基坑施工质量较好。
Based on a subway station project in a city,the form of deep foundation pit support is first determined,and then the key points of deep foundation pit support construction are analyzed,including drilling and hole forming,reinforcement cage hoisting,mud preparation and pile end grouting.After the completion of the construction,through the analysis of the construction monitoring data,it can be seen that with the increase of the excavation depth of the deep foundation pit,the deformation gradually increases.The maximum settlement value of the surrounding surface is 37.5 mm and the maximum horizontal displacement of the retaining structure is 14 mm,which do not exceed the warning value,indicating that the construction quality of the deep foundation pit is good.
