摘要
冲孔灌注桩在水利、桥梁、建筑等工程中应用广泛,但在深厚砂层复杂地质工程中,其在砂层地质中的护壁效果较差,易在冲孔施工中出现护壁塌陷埋钻、砂层扰动造成桩身缩颈、桩身夹泥等问题。对此,文章结合广州北站综合交通枢纽工程农新路高架桥项目,深入研究了深厚砂层基础工程中应用冲孔灌注桩施工技术存在的问题及处理方法,详细阐述了冲孔灌注桩施工技术要点,以期为同类工程施工提供有益参考。
The punched cast-in-place pile is widely used in water conservancy,bridges,buildings and other projects.However,in the complex geological engineering with deep and thick sand layer,its wall protection effect in sand layer geology is poor,and it is easy to cause problems such as wall collapse and drill burying,sand layer disturbance,resulting in pile necking and mud inclusion in punching construction.In this regard,combined with Nongxin Road Viaduct Project of Guangzhoubei Railway Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub engineering,the problems and treatment methods of the application of punched cast-inplace pile construction technology in deep and thick sand layer foundation engineering are deeply studied,and the key points of punched cast-in-place pile construction technology are elaborated in detail,in order to provide useful reference for similar engineering construction.
