摘要
在厚度高达40 m且含有较硬的透镜体粉细砂地层中,使用深搅铣形成防渗墙,难度较大,在国内也没有成功先例。文章通过采取工程试验总结、施工技术参数调整、施工机具改进、增加较为实用的工艺等技术措施,最终成功完成了深厚粉细砂地层深搅铣防渗墙施工,不但解决了深厚粉细砂地层成墙的难题,还提高了施工效率,保证了工程质量。
In the fine sand stratum with a thickness of up to 40 m and hard lenticle,it is difficult to form a impervious wall by deep mixing and milling,and there is no successful precedent in China.By adopting technical measures such as engineering test summary,adjustment of construction technical parameters,improvement of construction machinery and tools,and addition of practical technologies,the impervious wall construction by deep mixing and milling in deep and thick fine sand stratum is finally successfully completed,which not only solved the problem of wall formation in deep and thick fine sand stratum,but also improved the construction efficiency and ensured the engineering quality.
