Research on the Installation Construction Technology of 25 m Prefabricated Small Box Girders--Taking Zongcun Bridge Project as an Example

25 m预制小箱梁作为航道上跨桥梁引桥部分的重要组成部分,具有标准化程度高、安装速度快、方便快捷等优点,所以选择合适的箱梁安装技术,对于保证航道上跨桥梁的安全顺利通车具有重要意义。文章以宗村大桥引桥25 m预制小箱梁安装施工为例,从施工准备、设备选型等方面对箱梁安装施工要点进行说明,为提高航道上跨桥梁引桥施工质量提供参考。

As an important part of the approach bridge of the bridge over the channel,the 25 m prefabricated small box girder has the advantages of high standardization,fast installation speed,and convenience.Therefore,it is of great significance to select the appropriate box girder installation technology to ensure the safe and smooth opening of the bridge over the channel.Taking the installation construction of 25 m prefabricated small box girder of the approach bridge of Zongcun Bridge as an example,the key points of box girder installation construction are explained from the aspects of construction preparation and equipment selection,so as to provide reference for improving the construction quality of the approach bridge of the bridge over the channel.
