摘要 大型工业厂房建设具有周期短、单体面积大、层高较高等特点,在施工建造过程中不得不采用新工艺、新技术、新材料。A型盘扣二次架(钢平台)支撑体系在经济性、安全性及施工效率方面优势明显,具有良好的应用效果。文章以厦门时代锂离子电池生产基地项目为依托,结合项目特点,从支撑体系设计、施工要点两个方面对A型盘扣二次架(钢平台)支撑体系在大型厂房施工中的应用进行深入研究,以期为该支撑体系在类似工程中的应用提供参考。 The construction of large industrial plant buildings has the characteristics of short period,large individual size and high storey height,and new processes,technologies and materials have to be adopted during the construction process.The A-type disc buckle secondary frame(steel platform)support system has obvious advantages in economy,safety and construction efficiency,and has good application effect.Based on Xiamen Times lithium-ion battery production base project,combined with the characteristics of the project,the application of A-type disc buckle secondary frame(steel platform)support system in the construction of large plant building is deeply studied from two aspects of support system design and key construction points,in order to provide reference for the application of this support system in similar projects.
