摘要
为了减弱环境温度对倾角仪测量数据的影响,文章在实际工程测得的倾角测量数据的基础上,充分考虑测量数据与环境温度变化的关系,建立温度补偿公式,从而对倾角仪的测量数据进行有效修正。结果表明,环境温度对倾角传感器的作用显著,温度越高传感器测量误差越大,而不同传感器受温度影响的程度不一样;且倾角传感器X方向受温度的影响产生的误差较Y方向大,此次研究提出的温度补偿公式可以有效减弱环境温度对倾角仪测量精度和可靠性的影响。
In order to reduce the influence of ambient temperature on the measurement data of inclinometer,based on the actual engineering measurement data of inclinometer,this paper fully considers the relationship between the measurement data and ambient temperature changes,and establishes the temperature compensation formula,so as to effectively correct the measurement data of inclinometer.The results show that the ambient temperature has a significant effect on the inclination sensor.The higher the temperature is,the greater the measurement error of the sensor will be,and the influence degree of temperature on different sensors is different.The error caused by the influence of temperature in the X direction of the inclinometer is larger than that in the Y direction.The temperature compensation formula proposed in this study can effectively reduce the influence of ambient temperature on the measurement accuracy and reliability of the inclinometer.
