鲁家窑二期水厂低温低浊原水处理工艺优化设计

摘要 鲁家窑二期水厂工程是为解决吴忠国家农业科技园区人畜饮水水源紧张问题而建设的水厂。水源取自黄河水,经鲁家窑水库自流进入鲁家窑水厂,通过新建的水厂处理后供向用户。文章通过分析原水水质,并结合鲁家窑一期水厂工程存在的问题,对二期水处理工艺进行反复论证,提出了斜管沉淀池+翻板滤池的常规水处理工艺,针对宁夏地区冬季低温低浊原水难处理的问题,通过优化工艺设计,取得了良好的工艺应用效果。 The Lujiayao Phase Ⅱ Water Plant Project is a water plant built to solve the shortage of drinking water sources for people and livestock in Wuzhong National Agricultural Science and Technology Park.The water source is taken from the Yellow River and flows into Lujiayao Water Plant through Lujiayao Reservoir.It is treated by the newly-built water plant and supplied to the users.By analyzing the quality of raw water and considering the problems existing in Lujiayao Phase I water plant project,the Phase Ⅱ water treatment process has been repeatedly demonstrated,and a conventional water treatment process of inclined tube sedimentation tank+flip plate filter has been proposed.In response to the problem of difficult treatment of low temperature and low turbidity raw water in winter in Ningxia,good process application effect has been achieved by optimizing the process design.
