摘要
近几年钢混组合梁在大型公路工程中得到了广泛应用,同时钢混组合梁现浇桥面板临时支架设计成为工程的重难点。文章以公路桥梁工程建设项目为例,针对目前常用的钢盖板法、盘扣支架法、型钢托架法、吊架法等不同的支架形式,通过优缺点比较,以多种组合的方式确定了槽形钢混组合梁标准横断面的现浇桥面板支架形式,以此加强了支架与钢梁结构的连接。除常规的强度、刚度、稳定性验算外,此工程支架特增加了临时支架对钢梁永久结构影响的验算,进一步细化和完善了外悬臂支架、箱内支架和箱室间支架的局部受力验算和稳定性,确保了施工安全。
In recent years,steel-concrete composite beams have been widely used in large-scale highway engineering.At the same time,the design of temporary supports for castin-place bridge decks of steel-concrete composite beams has become the key and difficult point in engineering.Taking the highway and bridge engineering construction project as an example,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of different support forms commonly used at present,such as steel cover plate method,disc buckle support method,structural steel bracket method and suspension bracket method,and determines the support form for cast-in-place bridge deck with standard cross section of trough steel-concrete composite beam by various combinations,so as to strengthen the connection between support and steel beam structure.In addition to the conventional strength,stiffness and stability checking computation,the checking computation of the influence of the temporary support on the permanent structure of the steel beam are especially increased in this engineering support,and the local force checking computation and stability of the external cantilever support,the box support and the box chamber support are further refined and improved to ensure the construction safety.
