基于任职资格的高校教师培育体系建设研究——以X高校为案例

摘要 随着经济与科技的双重发展,高校教师培育体系的局限性逐渐成为当今高等教育发展的制约因素。目前,全国各高校正在逐步探索基于胜任力模型的专职教师任职资格,以探寻高校教师培育体系与制度的优化路径,完善从微观到宏观、从个人到学校等多个角度的教育制度体系,从而全面提升我国高等教育的教学质量。基于以上宏观背景,深度探寻了基于任职资格的高校教师培育体系模型,在收集X高校实践数据的基础上,对该模型进行了信效度分析,并基于检验数据提出了当前该教学模型存在的固有问题,最终提出了增强培训体系的系统性、制定科学的绩效考核指标、拓宽教师职业渠道等具有可行性与实践性的培育体系优化策略。 With the dual development of economy and technology,the limitations of the teacher training system in universities have gradually become a limiting factor in the development of higher education today.Universities across the country are gradually exploring full-time teacher qualifications based on competency models,in order to explore the optimization path of the teacher training system and system in universities,and improve the education system from multiple perspectives such as micro to macro,and from individuals to schools,Comprehensively improve the teaching quality of higher education in China.Based on the above macro background,this study deeply explores the model of university teacher cultivation system based on job qualifications.On the basis of collecting practical data from X University,the reliability and validity of the model were analyzed,and the inherent problems of the current teaching model were proposed based on test data.Finally,it is proposed to enhance the systematization of the training system,develop scientific performance evaluation indicators,and optimize feasible and practical training systems such as expanding teacher career channels.
