装配式钢结构建筑外墙变形缝的设计与施工

摘要 基于环保节能绿色建筑的大背景,近年来,装配式建筑得到了飞跃发展,提升了我国建筑工程项目的施工质量和施工效率。在装配式钢结构建筑中,外墙变形缝是确保各个结构器件连接的重要设置,高质量的外墙变形缝设计和施工,可有效提升建筑物整体质量,延长建筑物的预期使用寿命。本文从外墙变形缝的基本概述入手,针对当下装配式钢结构建筑外墙变形缝在设计和施工中出现的问题进行分析,并提出相应的优化措施,以供相关人员参考。 Based on the background of environmental protection,energy conservation and green buildings,in recent years,prefabricated buildings have developed vigorously,which has improved the construction quality and construction efficiency of construction engineering projects in China.In the prefabricated steel structure buildings,the exterior wall deformation joint is an important setting to ensure the connection of various structural devices,and the high-quality exterior wall deformation joint design and construction can effectively improve the overall quality of the building and prolong the intended service life of the building.Starting from the general overview of the exterior wall deformation joints,this paper analyzes the problems in the design and construction of exterior wall deformation joints of prefabricated steel structure buildings,and puts forward corresponding optimization measures for the reference of relevant personnel.
