This paper introduces the importance and effective measures of risk management in the civil construction of subway construction projects,and comprehensive analyzes the safety hazards in construction plans,structural hazards in civil engineering,and safety risks of crossing the existing structures.For these risks,the following solutions are proposed:optimizing engineering design,managing risks of piping in foundation pit support,preventing and addressing stability issues in foundation pit,implementing construction safety monitoring systems,and establishing a risk self-rescue system.By implementing scientific risk management measures,accidents and quality issues can be prevented,ensuring construction safety and project quality.
