摘要
表面贴装技术(SMT)是现代电子信息制造业中普遍采用的关键技术,人才需求量大,人才培养的要求较高。基于实际SMT生产线,利用增强现实(AR)技术设计开发SMT实践教学系统,能够让学生在轻松、直观的氛围中通过个性化交互完成模拟实践学习,解决初学者实际操作设备的安全性问题,充分激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效率,为后续上机操作实践教学及前往相关企业进行生产实践打下坚实基础。
Surface mount technology(SMT) is a key technology commonly used in the electronic information manufacturing industry,and there is a huge demand for talents with the high standard for training talent.Based on the actual SMT production line,augmented reality(AR)technology is used to design and develop SMT practical teaching system,which can be a good way for students to complete the simulation practical learning through personalized interaction in a relaxed and intuitive atmosphere without safety risk,fully improve students' learning interest and learning efficiency,and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up hands-on operation practical teaching and production practical teaching to related enterprises.
