摘要
基于解决高校采购管理工作中采购计划审批工作量大、审批环节多、采购档案归档复杂、采购数据统计困难等工作难点,建设一个基于网络化的采购管理系统,实现多部门网络化协同办公、智慧化管理,完成采购工作线上申请与审核、线上验收与信息录入、采购档案的电子化管理、采购数据的自动生成与统计。
Based on solving the difficulties in the procurement management of colleges and universities,such as large workload of procurement plan approval,many processes,complex archiving of procurement files,difficulties in procurement data statistics and so on.Build a set of procurement management system based on network,realize multi department network collaborative office and intelligent management,and complete online application and review,online acceptance and information input of procurement work,electronic management of procurement files,automatic generation and statistics of procurement data.
