“京南大学联盟”的专业协同发展模式研究

Research on the Professional Collaborative Development Model of "Jingnan University Alliance"

对“京南大学联盟”的专业协同发展模式进行了深入研究,提出了促进联盟内专业协同发展的措施以及需要解决的关键问题。提出将良乡大学城内的部分高校纳入“京南大学联盟”,从而实现发展壮大的目标,并通过加强联盟内教师队伍建设、人才培养协同发展、实现资源共享、寻求地方政府支持等措施来实现联盟内各专业的协同发展。需要解决的关键问题包括:制订联盟章程、结合社会需求培养人才,以及在联盟的管理上采用细化管理、强化联系的方式。

This paper conducts an in-depth study on the professional collaborative development model of the "Jingnan University Alliance",and proposes measures to promote the professional collaborative development within the alliance,as well as key issues that need to be solved within the alliance.It is proposed that some colleges and universities in Liangxiang university city be included in the "Jingnan University Alliance" to achieve the goal of development and growth,and realize the coordinated development of various majors in the alliance through strengthening the construction of teachers,talents training and coordinated development,realizing resource sharing,seeking support from local governments and other measures.The key issues that need to be solved include:the formulation of the alliance charter,the cultivation of talents according to social needs,and the use of detailed management and strengthening of links in the management of the alliance.
