对接职业标准的高职课程体系构建与实践——以智能制造装备技术专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 当前,如何将职业标准有效融入高职课程体系是高职院校亟待解决的问题。应用“三步法”,实现知识点、岗位职业需求能力和职业标准相融合。一是依据专业调研确定专业人才培养方向,二是确定职业能力对应的若干典型任务作为毕业指标关键点,三是构建“平台课程+核心课程+方向课程”模块化课程体系。把职业标准纳入课程体系,对培养适应行业需要的高素质技术技能型人才具有重要意义。 At present,it is an urgent problem for higher vocational colleges to integrate vocational standards into the curriculum system effectively.Apply the "three-step method" to realize the integration of knowledge points,job requirements and professional standards.The first is to determine the training direction of professional talents according to professional research,the second is to determine several typical tasks corresponding to professional ability as the key points of graduation indicators,and the third is to build a modular curriculum system of "platform course + core course + direction course".It is of great significance to bring professional standards into the curriculum system to train high quality technical and technical talents to meet the needs of the industry.
