摘要
野生蔬菜含有丰富的蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素、无机盐以及食用纤维等营养物质,有些甚至比栽培蔬菜的含量高。野生蔬菜具有营养成分众多、风味独特、无污染、兼具食用价值和药用价值等特点,一直以来深受广大市民的喜爱。本文阐述了贵阳野生蔬菜资源现状,在调查贵阳野生蔬菜栽培现状的基础上,总结了当前贵阳野生蔬菜栽培过程中存在的问题,分析了贵阳野生蔬菜的开发利用前景,提出了相关对策,以期为贵阳野生蔬菜的开发利用提供参考。
Wild vegetables are rich in protein,carbohydrate,vitamin,inorganic salt,edible fiber and othernutrients,some are even higher than those of cultivated vegetables.Wild vegetables have many nutritional components,unique flavor,pollution-free,both edible value and medicinal value,and have been deeply loved by the general public.This paper expounded the status of wild vegetable resources in Guiyang,summarized the existing problems in thecultivation of wild vegetables,analyzed the prospects of exploitation and utilization of wild vegetables in Guiyang,andput forward relevant countermeasures,in order to provide references for the exploitation and utilization of wildvegetables in Guiyang.
