基于红外热成像观察针刺气虚体质者太溪穴温度变化情况 被引量:3

Observation of temperature changes at Taixi(KI3) during acupuncture in Qi deficiency people based on infrared thermal imaging

摘要 目的 观察针刺气虚者太溪穴后局部温度的变化。方法 将40例气虚受试者随机分为A组和B组,每组20例。A组采用针刺操作,B组接受假针刺操作。观察两组气虚者在试验前后太溪穴及其周边穴位(复溜和水泉穴)的温度变化情况。比较两组的得气评分。结果 A组针刺后各穴局部温度均较同组针刺前显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组针刺前后各穴局部温度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组针刺后各穴温度及温度降低频数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组针刺后得气评分为(9.30±3.77)分,明显高于B组的(6.90±2.68)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过红外热成像技术,观察到针刺气虚者太溪穴能降低局部温度,有望调节气虚体质。 Objective To observe the topical temperature changes at Taixi(KI3)during acupuncture in Qi deficiency people.Method Forty Qi deficiency participants were randomized into groups A and B,with 20 cases in each group.Group A received acupuncture,and group B received sham acupuncture.Temperatures at Taixi point and its adjacent points[Fuliu(KI7)and Shuiquan(KI5)]in the two groups of Qi deficiency participants were observed before and after the experiment.The arrival of Qi score was compared between the two groups.Result In group A,the topical temperature at each point decreased significantly after acupuncture with statistical significance(P<0.05).In group B,none of the points showed a significant change in the topical temperature after acupuncture(P>0.05).After acupuncture,there were no significant differences in the temperature at each point or the temperature decrease frequency between the two groups(P>0.05).The arrival of Qi score was(9.30±3.77)points in group A,significantly higher than(6.90±2.68)points in group B,presenting statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared thermal imaging observes that acupuncture can down-regulate the topical temperature at Taixi in Qi deficiency people and thus is supposed to regulate the Qi deficiency constitution.
