锥形线束计算机断层扫描在犬炎性牙周骨缺损修复中的应用评价

摘要 目的探讨使用锥形线束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)评价不同材料促进炎性犬牙周骨缺损再生的效果。方法制备犬牙周骨缺损的炎症模型24个牙位,随机等分为4组,分别用半脱矿自体牙片、胶原膜联合成品骨粉、单纯胶原膜及空白对照修复牙周骨缺损,修复8周后术区行CBCT检查,分析骨容积及骨密度。结果4组术后伤口均愈合良好,与空白对照相比,半脱矿自体牙片组和胶原膜联合骨粉组牙周成骨容积增大,骨密度升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单纯胶原膜组在骨容积及骨密度方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3D重建提示半脱矿自体牙片组和胶原膜联合骨粉组有新骨形成,单纯胶原膜组及空白对照组有大量纤维结缔组织形成。结论CBCT可用于大动物牙周骨缺损修复的成骨评价,能够衡量骨再生的水平。 Objective To evaluate the effect of cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)on promoting the regeneration of inflammatory canine periodontal bone defect.Methods An inflammatory model of canine periodontal bone defect was prepared and randomly divided into 4 groups.The periodontal bone defect was repaired with the semi-demineralized autogenous tooth beam,Bio-Oss and collagen membrane,collagen membrane and blank control,respectively.Eight weeks after the repair,the bone volume and bone density were analyzed via CBCT examination in the operating area.Results The wounds of the 4 groups healed well after operation.Compared with the control group,the volume of periodontal osteogenesis and bone mineral density increased in the semi-demineralized dental beam group and the Bio-Oss and collagen membrane group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the bone volume and density in the membrane repair group(P<0.05).3D reconstruction indicated that new bone was formed in the semi-demineralization dental beam group and the Bio-Oss and collagen membrane group,while a large number of fibrous knot tissue was formed in the collagen membrane and the control group.Conclusion CBCT can be used for osteogenic evaluation of periodontal bone defect repair in large animals,and can measure the level of bone regeneration.
