Research on the Development Status of Online Education Platform in the New Era

剖析在线教育平台的发展现状,发现普遍存在转型方向不清晰、缺乏高质量素质教育方面的教师、课堂管理困难、互动性不强、营销渠道狭窄和业务定位过于集中在大城市等问题。基于此,提出坚持以政策导向作为转型方向,加强平台与专业院校的合作,建设专业师资队伍,推行双师模式,拓宽营销渠道和实施多样化促销等对策建议,以期推进在线教育平台的特色化转型。

After analyzing the development status of online education platform,it is found that there are many problems such as unclear transformation direction,lack of high-quality quality education teachers in quality education,difficult classroom management,weak interaction,narrow marketing channels and business positioning too concentrated in big cities.Based on this,it is proposed to adhere to the policy orientation as the transformation direction,strengthen the cooperation between the platform and professional colleges,build a professional teacher team,implement the dual teacher model,expand marketing channels and implement diversified promotions,so as to promote the characteristic transformation of online education platform.
