摘要
文章通过聚类、对比和回归分析方法,对菜用大豆奎鲜5号鲜株的营养性状和经济性状相关性进行研究。结果表明,茎重、瘪粒均重、根茎叶重、荚数、荚重、有效荚重、根瘤数、单叶重、根冠比的变异系数均大于35%,受环境影响较大,生产上应加强田间管理,提高性状稳定性,确保增产稳产。多个营养性状与经济性状、经济性状与经济性状间呈显著或极显著正相关。根茎叶重与有效荚重呈正相关,提高根茎叶重利于有效荚重增加,生产上通过采用合理田间管理措施增加根茎叶重可提高奎鲜5号产量。
The article studied the correlation between nutritional characters and economic characters of new edamame Kuixian 5 fresh plant through clustering,comparison and regression analysis methods.The results showed the variation coefficients of stem weight,average weight of deflated grains,weight of roots,stems,and leaves,pod number,pod weight,effective pod weight,root nodule number,single leaf weight and root to shoot ratio were all more than 35%,which were greatly affected by the environment.In production,field management should be strengthened to improve the stability of traits and ensure yield increase and stability.There was a significant or extremely significant positive correlation between multiple nutritional characters and economic characters,as well as between economic characters and economic characters.The weight of roots,stems,and leaves was positively correlated with the effective pod weight.Increasing the weight of roots,stems,and leaves was beneficial for increasing the effective pod weight.By adopting reasonable field management measures to increase the weight of roots,stems,and leaves,the yield of Kuixian 5 could be increased.
