摘要
通过分析盾构机主要掘进参数和工程监测数据之间的关系,并采用灰色关联度分析法计算掘进参数对地表沉降的影响权重,同时设定盾构机掘进参数预警标准;依据监测预警信息,设定监测预警影响范围,筛选出预警影响范围内每环掘进参数预警情况,将监测预警和参数预警进行有效融合,通过多因数权重分析法确定盾构施工安全状态预警等级。该方法将实时盾构掘进参数与监测数据进行融合,半定量综合判定盾构施工安全状态,可解决传统的人为判定盾构施工安全状态时易受主观因素影响、现场人员经验参差不齐等导致评价结果不准确、随意性强等问题,为盾构施工安全管理提供参考意见,同时为盾构施工安全状态评价提供一种新的思路。
By analyzing the relationships between the tunneling parameters of the shield machine and the engineering monitoring data,and using the gray relation analysis method to calculate the weight impacts of the tunneling parameters on the ground settlement,the early warning index for the tunneling parameters of the shield machine are set.According to the monitoring and early warning information,set the scope of influence of monitoring and early warning,identify early warning situations of each ring of tunneling parameters within the scope of influence of early warnings,effectively integrate the monitoring and early warning with parameter early warning,and determine the early warning levels of shield construction safety status through multi-factorial weight analysis.This method integrates the real-time shield tunneling parameters with the monitoring data to determine the shield construction safety status semi-quantitatively and comprehensively.It solves the issues that the traditional manual determination of the shield construction safety status is easily affected by subjective factors,and the assessment results are inaccurate and random due to the different experiences of on-site personnel.It provides reference for the shield construction safety management,and provides a new idea for the shield construction safety status assessment.
