城市轨道交通FAO线路智能调度指挥体系分析与建议

Analysis and suggestions on FAO line's intelligent dispatching system of urban rail transit

随着FAO系统不断推广使用,城市轨道交通线路的运营管理模式和组织架构发生巨大的变化,传统的运营岗位将面向多职能与复合岗位转变。文章首先分析FAO线路运营管理特征和调度指挥体系的变化,指出调度指挥体系面临的问题,然后对智能调度系统的架构与功能进行研究,以上海地铁14号线调度系统为例详细说明基于FAO技术的智能调度系统,最后从调度管理工作任务和人员工作职责方面提出优化建议,为城市轨道交通FAO线路智能调度和运营管理提供参考。

With the wide applications of the fully-automatic operation(FAO)system,great changes have taken place in the operation management mode and organization structure of urban rail transit lines:traditional operations positions will transform to be multi-functional and require comprehensive skills.In this paper,we first analyze the characteristics of FAO line operation management and the changes in the dispatching system,point out the issues faced by the dispatching system,then studies the architecture and functions of the intelligent dispatching system,and then take the dispatching system of Shanghai metro line 14 as an example to elaborate the intelligent dispatching system based on FAO technology.Finally,optimization suggestions are put forward with regard to scheduling management tasks and staff duties,which can provide a reference for intelligent scheduling and operation management of the FAO line of urban rail transit.
