土壤中六价铬三种提取条件的比较及建议 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高检测质量及检测效率、改进现有国家标准(HJ1082-2019)提取方法,主要以土壤六价铬成分分析标准物质GBW(E)070255、GBW(E)070254为实验对象,利用数显恒温水浴振荡器、数显恒温磁力搅拌水浴锅、恒温磁力搅拌器三种提取装置提取土壤和沉积物中六价铬。结果表明:数显恒温水浴振荡器提取方法相关系数大于0.999,RSD:2.57%,准确度相对偏差:-4.79%~2.50%;数显恒温磁力搅拌水浴锅提取方法相关系数大于0.999,RSD:2.86%,准确度相对偏差0~0.563%;恒温磁力搅拌器提取方法相关系数小于于0.999,RSD:7.45%,准确度相对偏差:4.53%~10.8%,数显恒温水浴振荡器提取、数显恒温磁力搅拌水浴锅提取相关系数、精密度、准确度更能满足方法要求,建议环境检测工作中尽可能选用数显恒温水浴振荡器提取、数显恒温磁力搅拌水浴锅两种提取装置进行土壤六价铬的提取。 In order to improve the detection quality and efficiency,and improve the the existing national standard(HJ1082-2019)extraction method,the standard substances GBW(E)070255 and GBW(E)070254 for soil hexvalent chromium composition analysis were mainly used as experimental objects,hexavalent chromium was extracted from soil and sediment by digital display constant temperature water bath oscllator,digital display constant temperature magnetic strring water bath and constant temperature magnetic mixing device to extract soil and sediment hexavalent chromium.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of digital display constant temperature water bath oscillator is greater than 0.999,RSD is 2.57%,and the relative deviation of accuracy is-4.79%~2.50%.The correlation coefficient of digital display constant temperature magnetic stirring water bath extraction method is greater than 0.999,RSD is 2.86%,and the relative deviation of accuracy was 0~0.563%.Correlation coefficient of constant temperature magnetic stirrer extraction method is less than 0.999,RSD is 7.45%,and the relative deviation of accuracy is 4.53%~10.8%.Correlation coefficient,precision,and accuracy of digital display constant temperature water bath oscillator extraction,digital display constant temperature magnetic mixing water bath pot extraction can better meet the requirement of the method.It is suggested that the constant temperature water bath oscillator and the constant temperature magnetic mixing water bath with magnetic force should be selected for soil hexavalent chromium.
