电催化氧化技术处理燃煤电厂脱硫废水的实验研究

摘要 为了解决燃煤电厂脱硫废水COD、NH_(3)-N超标的问题,研究了电催化氧化技术的原理及优劣势,设计制造了一套电催化氧化废水处理装置,并用河南某火电厂的脱硫废水在该装置上进行了COD、NH_(3)-N脱除实验。实验结果显示,脱硫废水中COD从960mg/L降至100mg/L,NH_(3)-N从180mg/L降至0mg/L,满足所在地区的排放要求。研究和实验表明,电催化氧化技术非常适宜于脱硫废水中的COD和NH_(3)-N处理,并有望解决高盐废水中COD和NH_(3)-N脱除的技术难题。 In order to solve the problem of excessive COD and NH_(3)-N in desulfurization wastewater of coal-fired power plant,the principle,advantages and disadvantages of electrocatalytic oxidation technology were studied,and a set of electrocatalytic oxidation wastewater treatment device was designed and manufactured,COD and NH_(3)-N removal experiments were carried out on the desulfurization wastewater from a Coal-fired power plant in Henan Province.The experimental result showed that the COD decreased from 960mg/L to 100mg/L,and the NH_(3)-N decreased from 180mg/L to Omg/L,which meet the emission requirements of the region.The research and experiment showed that the electrocatalytic oxidation technology is suitable for the removal of COD and NH_(3)-N in desulfurization wastewater,and is expected to solve the technical problem of COD and NH_(3)-N removal in high-salt wastewater.
