2020年抗疫管控期荆州空气质量特征分析

摘要 为探讨抗疫封城对荆州空气质量的影响,基于2018~2020年1~3月空气质量监测和气象要素资料,采用同比、环比分析法,对2020年抗疫封城管控期荆州空气质量指数AQI、污染物浓度的变化特征进行分析。结果表明:2020年抗疫管控期同比前两年,PM_(10)浓度比PM_(2.5)减少更多,O_(3)升高,SO_(2)和NO_(2)降低,CO前低后高;日照时数长,曝辐量总辐射强是抗疫管控期O_(3)浓度升高的主要原因。抗疫管控对NO_(2)浓度影响最明显,对AQI,PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、O_(3)、SO_(2)浓度影响较明显,对CO影响不明显。2020年2月空气质量同比明显提升是有利气象条件、减排及抗疫双重管控的综合效果;环比提升,不是气象条件有利,而是减排和抗疫管控叠加的效果。 In order to explore the impact of anti-epidemic lockdown on air quality in Jingzhou,based on the data of air quality monitoring and meteorological elements in Jingzhou from January to March 2018 to 2020,the change characteristics of air quality index and pollutant concentration are analyzed by year-on-year and month-on-month analysis methods during the anti-epidemic lockdown control period in 2020.The results showed that during the anti-epidemic control period in 2020,compared with the same period of the previous two years,the concentration of PM_(10)decreased more than that of PM_(2.5),the concentration of O_(3)increased,SO_(2)and NO_(2)decreased,and CO decreased before and then increased.The long sunshine duration and strong total radiationexposure were the main reasons for the increase of O_(2)concentration during the epidemic control period.The anti-epidemic control had the most obvious impact on the concentration of NO_(2)in Jingzhou,and was obvious impact on AQI,PM_(10),PM_(2.5),O_(3)and SO_(2),and the impact on CO was not obvious.The year-on-year air quality in February 2020 was significantly improved,which was a comprehensive effect of favorable meteorological conditions and dual control of emission reduction and anti-epidemic control.The month-on-month air quality was improved,which was not due to the meteorological conditions,but the superposition effect of emission reduction and anti-epidemic control.
