社区卫生环境治理中民事责任与法律制度的应用研究

Research on the Application of Civil Liability and Legal System in Community Health and Environmental Governance

由于我国社区卫生环境治理法律体系不完善,使生活垃圾在处理过程中,一旦发生管辖纠纷,无法得到快速的处理,从而造成了环境污染。本文分析社区卫生环境治理中民事责任与法律制度的应用。明确当前社区卫生环境治理存在的民事责任与法律问题,根据民事责任与法律制度与社区卫生环境治理之间的反馈作用,建立民事责任与法律制度对社区卫生环境治理相关因素的对应关系,对相关因素分析,根据各因素之间的关系,确定其对社区卫生环境治理的监督与促进作用,完善社区卫生环境治理的民事责任与法律制度。

Due to the imperfection of the legal system of community environment governance in China,once there is a jurisdictional dispute in the process of domestic waste treatment,it cannot be dealt with quickly,resulting in environmental pollution.This paper analyzed the application of civil liability and legal system in community environment governance,clarified the civil liability and legal issues existing in the current community environment governance.According to the feedback between civil liability,legal system and community environment governance,established the corresponding relationship between civil liability and legal system on the relevant factors of community environment governance,analyzed the relevant factors,and according to the relationship between the factors,determined the supervision and promotion role on community environment governance,to improve the civil liability and legal system of community environment governance.
