湿法消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定凉粉中4种微量元素的含量 被引量:2

摘要 建立湿法消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定凉粉中Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn 4种微量元素含量的方法。结果表明:凉粉中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn 4种微量元素在质量浓度0.1~30.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,且相关系数为0.9991~0.9998。通过质量控制试验,4种微量元素的含量结果均接近证书范围的认定值,相对标准偏差分别为Fe 1.51%、Zn 1.41%、Cu 0.78%、Mn 0.59%。在实际样品中,Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素的检出率是100%。湿法消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法精密度好、准确度高,适用于凉粉中多种微量元素含量的测定。 A method for simultaneous determination of Mn,Fe,Cu and Zn in bean jelly by wet digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.The results showed that the four trace elements of Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in bean jelly had good linear relationship in the mass concentration range of 0.1-30.0μg/L,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9991-0.9998.Through the quality control test,the content results of the four trace elements were close to the certified value in the certificate range.The relative standard deviations were Fe 1.51%,Zn 1.41%,Cu 0.78%,Mn 0.59%,respectively.At the same time,the detection rate of Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in actual samples was 100%.The wet digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method had good precision and high accuracy,and was suitable for the determination of various trace elements in bean jelly.
