摘要
在试验室重型转毂台架上,采用CHTC-D测试循环,对一辆重型柴油混动车开展了混动模式和纯发动机模式的整车排放特性研究。研究表明:混动模式下,发动机频繁起动导致排气温度波动变化,尤其在低速段,排气温度存在阶跃性突变。相比于纯发动机模式,混动模式的CO排放较低,其综合比排放量约降低了50.9%,尤其在低速段下降较为明显,降幅达78.0%,但NO x和PN排放均明显增加,其中NO x综合比排放量约增加2.0倍,且高速段增加明显,PN综合比排放量约增加4.4倍,尤其在低速段PN比排放量增加明显,约12.4倍。混动模式较纯发动机模式降碳优势明显,碳排放总量约降低了70.1%。
The emission characteristics of a heavy-duty diesel hybrid vehicle were researched on the heavy-duty chassis dyno in the lab by using CHTC-D test cycle based on hybrid mode and pure engine mode respectively.The results show that the exhaust temperature of hybrid mode fluctuates when the engine starts and stops frequently and has a step-type sudden change especially in low-speed section.Compared with the pure engine mode,CO emission of hybrid mode is lower,the comprehensive specific emission reduces by about 50.9%and reaches the reduction of 78%especially in the low-speed section.The NO x and PN emissions both increase significantly,NO x comprehensive specific emission increases by about 2.0 times and increases significantly in high-speed section,and PN comprehensive specific emission increases by about 4.4 times and increases significantly about 12.4 times in the low-speed section.Accordingly,the hybrid mode has the obvious advantages in carbon emission reduction with the total reduction of about 70.1%.
