摘要
基于高压可视化定容燃烧弹试验台,利用高速相机和光学系统在高压环境条件下对麻疯树油甲酯(JME)燃料的雾化特性进行研究,分析了不同试验条件下气相喷雾贯穿距和喷雾锥角的影响规律。结果表明:随着喷射时间的增加,JME燃料的喷雾贯穿距离呈现先增大后趋于稳定的趋势,且环境密度对其影响最大;喷雾锥角最大值出现在环境温度为823 K,环境密度为21 kg/m^(3),氧质量分数为15%的条件下。
Based on the high-pressure visual constant volume combution bomb test rig,the atomization characteristics of jatropha oil methyl ester(JME)fuel under high-pressure environmental conditions were studied by using a high-speed camera and an optical system.The influencing laws of gas-phase spray penetration distance and spray cone angle were analyzed under different test conditions.The results show that the spray penetration distance of JME fuel first increases and then tends to be stable and the environmental density is the greatest influencing factor when conducting the injection constantly.According to the results,the spray cone angle reaches the maximum under the condition with the temperature of 823 K,the density of 21 kg/m 3 and the oxygen concentration of 15%.
