罐装产品礼品盒自动装箱系统的研究与设计

摘要 为实现灌装产品礼品盒的自动化装箱,设计一套以直角坐标机器人为基础,配备整列分箱、纸板添加、纸衬成型与添加等功能的整体解决方案。通过对需求工艺和产能节拍的分析计算,提出总体设计方案,采用虚拟样机技术详细设计各个功能模块,基于西门子SIMOTION开发装箱机控制系统。现场调试实现自动装箱功能,系统稳定产能可达40箱/min,单线降低人力需求60%以上,在礼品盒自动装箱领域具有推广应用价值。 In order to realize the automatic boxing function of the gift box of canned products,a set of overall solutions based on the Cartesian coordinate robot,equipped with functions of alignment,cardboard addition,paper lining forming and addition was designed.Based on the analysis and calculation of the demand process and production capacity rhythm,the overall design scheme was proposed,the virtual prototype technology was adopted to design each functional module in detail,and the control system of the boxing machine based on Siemens SIMOTION was developed.Through field debugging,the automatic boxing function was realized,the system’s stable capacity can reach 40 boxes/minute,and a single line reduces the labor demand by more than 60%.It has the promotion and application value in the field of automatic boxing of canned gift boxes.
