智能电动执行机构中HART总线模块设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 随着设备数据化要求越来越多,传统模拟量信号的数据局限性也越来越突出,HART总线的应用可以很好解决该问题,同时又保留现有模拟量传递。执行机构产品带有4~20 mA模拟量输入和输出功能,可以在现有的执行机构上增加HART总线模块,实现双向数字通信。通信模块采用专用调制解调器SD2017,配合滤波电路实现HART数据通信。专有芯片使硬件设计的集成度更高,可靠性更好,同时设备配套有DTM文件,利用设备管理软件很方便实现数据读写,人机交互更加直观方便,有助于现场对执行机构设备的维护诊断。 With the increasing requirements of equipment data,the application of HART bus can solve this problem well,while retaining the existing analog transmission,due to the data limitations of traditional analog signals.The actuator product has 4~20 mA analog input and output functions,which can add HART bus module to the existing actuator to achieve bidirectional digital communication.The communication module adopts the special modem SD2017,which cooperates with the filter circuit to realize HART data communication.The proprietary chip makes the hardware design more integrated and more reliable.At the same time,the equipment is equipped with DTM files.It is very convenient to use the equipment management software to read and write data.The human-computer interaction is more intuitive and convenient,which is helpful for on-site maintenance and diagnosis of the actuator equipment.
