Construction of Tobacco Facilitypatrol Inspection System Based on LORA

介绍一种基于LORA网络、与PLC连接的在线检测器数据无线采集系统的构建步骤。该系统只需两种关键的LORA器件和设备的PLC有线通讯,就可以完成硬件搭建。通过LORA器件自带的配置软件设置必要的参数,快速将数据上传到PC端和移动端。利用通用的工业监控软件将数据可视化和分析,巡检人员不到现场,即可完成巡检和及时发现检测器的问题。该系统容易部署、成本低,特别适用地域广的数据采集场所。

This paper describes the construction step of a wireless acquisition system using a LORA network to collect the online detector data connected to PLC.The system only needs two key LORA devices and the PLC cable communication of the devices to complete the hardware construction.Set the necessary parameters through the configuration software of the LORA device,and quickly upload the data to the PC and mobile terminals.The general industrial monitoring software is used to visualize and analyze the data,so that the inspection personnel can complete the inspection and find the problems of the detector in time.The system is easy to deploy,low cost,and especially suitable for geographic data collection locations.
