摘要
目的通过检索线粒体炫(mitochondrial flash,mitoflash)领域的相关文献,建立mitoflash研究成果的定性和定量评价模型,对本领域科学成果进行可视化分析。方法数据来源于Web of Science Core Collection数据库,检索时限:2008年1月至2021年11月。运用CiteSpace对已发表的mitoflash相关文献进行合著关系、共被引文献以及关键词可视化分析。结果2008~2021年,共发表mitoflash相关文献132篇,发表文章最多的国家是中国,北京大学发文量位居机构第一,作者程和平发文量位居榜首。排名前5的关键词分别是超氧炫、氧化应激、线粒体瞬时通透性转换孔道、线粒体以及代谢。结论文献计量学分析结果表明,mitoflash目前研究集中在基础实验方面,把线粒体炫作为线粒体相关疾病病理学研究和医疗干预研究新视角,或将成为未来研究趋势。
Objective To establish a qualitative and quantitative evaluation model through retrieving relevant literature in the field of mitochondrial flash(mitoflash),and conduct a visual analysis on the scientific achievements in this field.Methods The data was collected from the database of Web of Science Core Collection,and retrieving time limit was from Jan.2008 to Nov.2021.The co-author relationship,co-cited literature and keywords in published mitoflash-related literature were given a visual analysis by using CiteSpace software.Results There were totally 132 mitoflash-related documents published from 2008 to 2021.China had the most published articles,Peking University was a leading institution,and Cheng Heping was an author with the most contributions.The top 5 keywords were mitoflash,oxidative stress,mitochondrial permeability transition pore(MPTP),mitochondria and metabolism.Conclusion The results of bibliometric analysis indicated that mitoflash researches focus recently on basic experiments,and mitoflash is regarded as a new perspective for pathological and medical intervention researches of mitochondrial-related diseases,it will be a research tendency in the future.
