Comprehensive management of atrial fibrillation in communities

摘要 心房颤动(房颤,Atrial Fibrillation,AF)是全球最常见的心律失常,近年来患病率不断上升。弗雷明汉心脏研究(FHS)的资料显示,过去50年里房颤的患病率增加了3倍[1];全球疾病负担项目2016年统计全球房颤人数约4630万[2],预计从2010~2060年,欧盟55岁及以上的房颤人数将增加1倍以上[3]。
