上海中心城区全地下调蓄池在雨水径流污染控制中的应用

摘要 为经济有效地控制初期雨水和混接污水的污染,解决上海中心城区分流制排水系统内河道黑臭问题,通过在排水系统末端新建调蓄池,降低泵站放江污染量。某调蓄池的服务面积为404 hm^(2),调蓄标准为5 mm,调蓄池容积为13000 m^(3)。调蓄池结合现状雨水泵站及其周边绿地,采用全地下建设方式,在上海中心城区内,因地制宜,充分利用“边角料”用地建设。调蓄池在工程选址、工艺布置、运行模式等多个方面都具有一定特色。通过对该调蓄池的介绍,为同类型雨水调蓄池的设计和运行提供参考。 To economically&effectively control the pollution of initial rainwater&mixed sewage,and solve the problem of black-odorous rivers in the distributary drainage system in the central city of Shanghai center,a new regulation&storage tank is built at the end of the drainage system to reduce the pollution of pumping station discharge into the river.The service area of the storage tank is 404 hm^(2),the storage standard is 5 mm,and the volume of the storage tank is 13000 m^(3).In combination with the existing rainwater pump station and its surrounding green space,the surge tank will be constructed underground.In the central urban area of Shanghai center,it will take full advantage of the leftover materials land.The storage tank has certain characteristics in various aspects such as engineering site selection,process layout,and operation mode.By introducing the storage tank,reference is provided for the design&operation of the same type of rainwater storage tank.
