基于岗位胜任力的“互联网+护理服务”从业护士规范化培训指标体系的构建与应用

Construction and application of standardized training index system of“Internet+Nursing Service”professional nurses based on post competency

目的构建系统、全面、基于岗位胜任力的“互联网+护理服务”从业护士规范化培训指标体系,为“互联网+护理服务”从业护士的岗前培训和考核提供科学的测评工具。方法在护士岗位胜任力框架的基础上,运用文献分析法、德尔菲专家咨询法构建“互联网+护理服务”从业护士规范化培训指标体系,应用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。以该指标体系为依据,应用于87名报名参加“互联网+护理服务”护士的培训中,以验证其效果。结果选取从事临床护理和护理管理等领域的18名专家进行2轮函询,2轮问卷有效回收率分别为89.0%和100.0%,2轮函询专家的权威系数均为0.880。肯德尔和谐系数为0.179(P<0.001)。最终形成的评价体系包括一级指标5项,二级指标15项,三级指标108项。87名参加培训的护士,理论及技能考核合格人数为45名(51.72%)。45名护士完成60例患者上门服务,患者对护士服务满意度为100.0%,期间未发生不良事件,无投诉。结论构建的“互联网+护理服务”从业护士规范化培训指标体系,评价指标科学全面,可操作性强,能够对从业护士的规范化培训提供有效评价。

Objective To construct a systematic,comprehensive and competency based on standardized training index system of“Internet+nursing service”.Methods On the basis of the competency framework of nurses,the standardized training index system of“Internet+nursing service”was constructed by literature analysis,Delphi expert consultation,and the weight of indexes at all levels were determined by analytic hierarchy process.Based on this index system,it was applied to 87 nurses who signed up for the training of“Internet+nursing service”to verify its effect.Results Toslly 18 experts engaged in clinical nursing and nursing management were selected for two rounds of consultation.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaire were 89.0%and 100.0%,and the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.88 and 0.88.The Kendall harmony coefficient of the evaluation system was 0.179(P<0.001).The final evaluation system consists of 5 first-level indexes,15 second-level indexes and 108 third-level indexes.Among 87 nurses who participated in the training,45(51.72%)were qualified in theory and skill examination.45 nurses completed home service for 60 patients,and the satisfaction rate of patients was 100.0%.No safety incident occurred during the period.Conclusion The evaluation index system of“Internet+Nursing service”standardized training index system for nurses is scientific,comprehensive and operable,which can provide effective evaluation for standardized training of nurses.
